ReAq 3
R: Voice, D: Momentary, T: Individual
You force a melting icicle to fall to the ground.
Contributor: Tyrrell.
Notes: From Tyrrell’s big list of level three spells

Tears of the Crocodile

ReAq 3
R: Personal, D: Momentary, T: Part
The caster forces all of the liquid in his or her eyes to form into tears. This dries out the caster’s eyes making them uncomfortable and red.
Contributor: Tyrrell.
Notes: From Tyrrell’s big list of level three spells

Shelter for a Rainy Day

ReAq 4
R: Per, D: Sun, T: Ind
Rain falls to either side of the caster, keeping him dry as if he had a large umbrella above him.
Invented by Roland Whitney Ex Miscellanea, who prefers to travel in comfort.
(Base 1, +2 Sun, +1 for slightly unnatural control)
Contributor: Patrick Murphy, on behalf of Ann Harper

The Angry Puddle

ReAq 10
R: Touch, D: Momentary, T: Individual
Turns up to a large puddle at your feet into a watery explosion that soaks anything within a few paces.
(Base 5, +1 Touch)
Contributer: angafea
Note: From the message board level 10-15 spells project.

Boiling Pool

ReAq 10
R: Voice, D: Momentary, T: Part
Causes an area of water about 5 paces across and 2 paces deep to boil into steam, causing + 3 damage on the first round and +0 the second. A target immersed in the boiling liquid does not get their armor's protection. Moving out of the area will negate the second round of damage.
(Base 3, +2 Voice, +1 Part)
Contributer: angafea
Note: From the message board level 10-15 spells project. Some of the message board contributers believed that this spell should have an ignem requisite.

Frost's Sudden Bite

ReAq 10
R: Voice, D: Momentary, T: Individual
Turns all the water covering an individual into ice. This can be quite refeshing on a hot day if there is only a moderate amount of water on the target, allowing the instant recovery of a Short-Term Fatigue level if the target is no worse off than "Weary" under these conditions. However, under cold conditions, or if the target is soaked, it can cause severe frostbite if the character is unable to warm themself within a short period of time.
(Base 3, +3 Sight)
Contributer: angafea
Note: From the message board level 10-15 spells project.

The Spray of Poison Gas

ReAq 10
R: Voice, D: Diameter, T: Individual
When cast upon a vial of poison, this spell instantly transforms it into a cloud of gas. The vial is usually designed to crack under such pressure, or a seal break so the gas can escape. For the duration of the spell, the gas can be inhaled by a single person within 1 pace of the original vial, causing damage depending on the severity of the poison used. So long as they are aware of the gas, a Quickness + Awareness roll of 9+ will avoid allow a person to avoid breathing in the gas in time for the poison’s effects to be one category less (e.g. Heavy reduced to Medium Wound). A 12+ allows the person to avoid the effects completely.
Hadrianus simply writes; “Beware a Flambeau bearing gifts”.
(B: 3, R: Voice +2, D: Diameter +1, T: Individual)
Contributer: Badger101, transcribed by Yair
Notes: I settled on diameter (clearly long enough for someone to breathe it in) to be on the safe side, but I think you could argue the case for a momentary spell.

Ward Against Cold and Damp

ReAq [Ig] 10
R: Touch, D: Sun, T: Ind
This spell keeps the target dry, and wards the effects of cold rain, sleet or snow, keeping the recipient comfortably warm. The spell provides a +3 bonus to cold-related damage.
Roland Whitney of Ex Miscellanea invented this spell to make travel in the far north more tolerable.
(Base 1, +1 Touch, +2 Sun, +1 Ignem requisite, +1 for slightly unnatural control)
Contributor: Patrick Murphy, on behalf of Ann Harper

Plough Through Snow

ReAq Level 15
R: Touch, D: Sun, T: Part
As the caster walks forward any snow within their arm reach on the ground or in the air is thrown aside. This spell can only be cast outdoors.
(Base: 3, +1 Touch, +2 Sun, +1 Part)
Contributer: angafea
Note: From the message board level 10-15 spells project. This spell was originally presented as an Auaram spell, but it was changed to Aquam by the transcriber who knows that snow on the ground is no more a weather phenomena then water in a lake is.

Melting the Icy Barrier

ReAq Level 15
R: Touch, D: Concentration, T: Individual
By touching a wall of ice, the Magus causes it to rapidly melt to water over the course of a round.
Caelia of Merinita was once trapped by a faerie within a prison of thick ice. She was eventually rescued by her sodales on that occasion, but determined to develop this spell so that she could free herself should the need ever arise in future. Her sigil is the sound of tinkling bells, which can be heard as the ice melts away.
(Base: 3, R: Touch +1, D: Concentration +1, T: Individual, Size +2)
Contributer: Badger101, transcribed by Yair

Mists of Avalon

ReAq Level 15
R: Touch, D: Momentary, T: Part
Turns the surface of a large body of water into a thick mist that obscures all natural vision. The mist persists until it is burned off by the sun or blown away by the wind.
(Base: 3, R: Touch +1, D: Momentary +0, T: Part +1, Size +2)
Contributer: Andrew Mitchell

The Icy Spear

ReAq Level 15
R: Voice, D: Momentary, T: Part
A spear sized icicle is pulled off a body of water and smashed into target for +10 damage.
(Base: 3, R: Voice +2, D: Momentary, T: Part +1, Rego +1)
Contributer: Andrew Mitchell
Note: This is an Aquam version of the Crystal Dart; Base 3 turns a liquid into a solid, and +1 Rego throws it at the target.

Shower of Oil

ReAq Level 15
R: Voice, D: Momentary, T: Individual
This spell takes the liquid contents of a flask sized container and, with a successful targeting roll, puts it above the head of a target then lets it fall naturally onto what is below. The title of the spell refers to a common use for this spell, requiring only a torch to cause a couple rounds of +6 damage without having to worry about pesky Magic Resistance (assuming the liquid was mundane to begin with).
(Base 4, +2 Voice, +1 unnatural)
Contributer: angafea
Note: From the message board level 10-15 spells project.

Aeolus’s blessing

ReAq [Au] 20
R: Touch, D: Conc., T: Ind
Fill a ships sail with a stiff breeze and controlling the currents around the hull. It gives a +7 bonus to any sailing check made by the crew. The spell can’t be used on a ship larger that is has a three ton cargo capacity. This spell is a smaller version of Control the Reckless Vessel in MoH p. 78.

(ReAq(Au) Base 4 +1 Touch + 1 Conc. + 1 Size + 1 Req)
Contributor: Mad Max

Deceiver’s Desiccation

ReAq 35 Faerie Ritual
R: Eye, D: Bargain + Moon, T: Individual
If the party that is subject to this spell breaks their bargain for the period of a moon any water or other liquids in their mouth will forcefully expel themselves. This will prevent the bargain breaker from consuming any liquids in a natural way.
(Base 4,+1 range, +6 duration)
Contributer: Tyrrell

Frothing Wrath of the Ocean's Master

ReAq 100 Ritual
R: Touch, D: Sun, T: Special
Unnatural massive waves violently crush into any ship or object on the open sea, all over the sea targeted . No mundane object can withstand this assault for long.
The waves invariably take sinister shapes reminiscent of the caster's sigil. Massive dragons bearing the caster's sigil in their “scale” pattern that rise up and then swoop down to devour ships are a common effect.
(Base 10, +1 Touch, +4 Boundary, +2 Sun, +9 size, +2 very unnatural)
Contributer: Yair
Notes: The target is set as Boundary +9 size, i.e. a boundary with a diameter of up to about 2000 km. I reckon this would suffice to affect a "sea".
