Wizard’s Theft of Warmth

PeIg (req: Re) 25
R: Voice, D: Momentary, T: Individual
Takes all of the heat from an area up to four paces across and four paces deep, making it cold enough to freeze water instantly. Any fires in the area decrease significantly in size. Living creatues caught in the area must succeed on a Stamina stress roll of 12+ or lose a fatigue level from the chill. You can control the size and shape of the affected area freely, though tricky maneuvers require Finesse rolls at the storyguide’s discretion.

Gaze of Icy Death

Ray of Bitter Frost

PeIg 30
R: Voice, D: Concentration, T: Individual
A thin white ray shoots forth at whatever the caster points his finer, and as long as he focuses his concentration on that spot it will be greatly chilled and naturally become coated in frost. It takes a concentration roll to refocus the ray on a different focal point. The ray can be particularly harmful if focused on a living creature, inflicting +10 damage per round and requiring a Stamina stress roll of 9+ to avoid loosing fatigue. Drawing upon a source of heat may mitigate the effects of the cold. For example, standing next to a bonfire or in a hot forge room grants a +5 to soak and a +3 to the Stamina roll.
(B: 10:, R: Voice +2, D: Concentration +1, T: Individual, enhanced effect +1, ray is a cosmetic effect)

(B: 20:, R: Voice +2, D: Momentary, T: Group +2, Requisite is cosmetic))
